text-align: justify;"><span style=";font-family:Verdana;font-size:78%;color:black;" lang="ES-TRAD"> </span></div> <div style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify;"><span style=";font-family:Verdana;font-size:78%;color:black;" lang="ES-TRAD">El Estado chileno ha tenido una trayectoria destacada a nivel internacional en el ámbito de la planificación familiar. Desde la década de los años 60 se han implementado políticas públicas para la regulación de la fertilidad que permitieron importantes descensos en las tasas de aborto provocado y de muerte materna por esta causa, pudiendo las personas, en mayor libertad y autonomía, decidir cuántos hijos tener, cuándo tenerlos, o no tenerlos.<br /></span><span style=";font-family:Verdana;font-size:78%;color:black;" lang="ES-TRAD"> </span></div> <div style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify;"><span style=";font-family:Verdana;font-size:78%;color:black;" lang="ES-CL"> </span></div> <div style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify;"><span style=";font-family:Verdana;font-size:78%;color:black;" lang="ES-CL">Para ello ha sido esencial la oferta anticonceptiva en los servicios públicos de los dispositivos intrauterinos, en especial </span><span style=";font-family:Verdana;font-size:78%;color:black;" lang="ES-CL">la T</span><span style=";font-family:Verdana;font-size:78%;color:black;" lang="ES-CL"> de cobre, las píldoras hormonales y más recientemente la anticoncepción de emergencia.<span> </span>Estos avances, que han beneficiado a tantas mujeres desde hace más de cuatro décadas, pueden sufrir hoy una grave regresión, producto de las presiones de los sectores más conservadores del país.<br /><br /></span></div> <div style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify;"><span style=";font-family:Verdana;font-size:78%;color:black;" lang="ES-CL"> </span></div> <div style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify;"><span style=";font-family:Verdana;font-size:78%;color:black;" lang="ES-TRAD">Las Normativas cuestionadas por estos sectores </span><span style=";font-family:Verdana;font-size:78%;color:black;" lang="ES-CL">respetan todos los estándares éticos, científicos, legales y técnicos, así como de la calidad de atención consensuados internacionalmente. Asimismo, ofrecen a las mujeres y hombres chilenos garantías de acceso a métodos anticonceptivos modernos, seguros y apropiados al igual que a la información completa y veraz para adoptar decisiones responsables en el ámbito de la sexualidad y la reproducción. </span><span style=";font-family:Verdana;font-size:78%;" lang="ES-CL">Pero, por sobre todo, avanzan en superar las profundas desigualdades de acceso entre los sectores más ricos y aquellas personas que se atienden en los servicios de salud pública. Estas normativas contribuyen al logro de una real justicia social en salud.</span></div> <div style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify;"><span style=";font-family:Verdana;font-size:78%;color:black;" lang="ES-CL"> </span></div> <div style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify;"><span style=";font-family:Verdana;font-size:78%;color:black;" lang="ES-CL">La Organización Mundial</span><span style=";font-family:Verdana;font-size:78%;color:black;" lang="ES-CL"> de </span><span style=";font-family:Verdana;font-size:78%;color:black;" lang="ES-CL">la Salud</span><span style=";font-family:Verdana;font-size:78%;color:black;" lang="ES-CL"> ha aprobado y fomenta el uso de la anticoncepción de emergencia para prevenir embarazos no planificados, precisamente basándose en la evidencia científica internacional, la que ha demostrado fehacientemente que no es abortiva.<br /><br /></span></div> <div style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify;"><span style=";font-family:Verdana;font-size:78%;color:black;" lang="ES-CL"> </span></div> <div style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify;"><span style=";font-family:Verdana;font-size:78%;color:black;" lang="ES-CL">El acceso a métodos para regular la fecundidad y a información integral sobre la salud sexual y reproductiva debe ser garantizado por el Estado para toda la población que lo requiere sin discriminación de edad, sexo, raza, lugar de residencia, condición social o cualquier otra causa.<br /><br /></span></div> <div style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify;"><span style=";font-family:Verdana;font-size:78%;color:black;" lang="ES-CL"> </span></div> <div style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify;"><span style=";font-family:Verdana;font-size:78%;color:black;" lang="ES-CL">Por esta razón, defendemos y respaldamos las Normas de Regulación de </span><span style=";font-family:Verdana;font-size:78%;color:black;" lang="ES-CL">la Fertilidad</span><span style=";font-family:Verdana;font-size:78%;color:black;" lang="ES-CL"> en uso en nuestro país, como una política que garantiza la equidad en el acceso para mujeres y hombres. Chile</span></span><br /><br /><span style="font-weight: bold;font-family:arial;" ><span style="color: rgb(204, 102, 204);">¡Súmate a presionar, exigir y a demostrar tu descontento!</span></span><br /><br /><span style="font-weight: bold;font-family:arial;" ><span style="color: rgb(204, 102, 204);">Las chilenas y chilenos estamos demasiado acostumbradas/ os a que la Iglesia Católica intervenga en nuestros cuerpos. A principios de los noventa, el gobierno crea las Jornadas de Conversación en Afectividad y Sexualidad (JOCAS), pero la Iglesia presionó para que no se realizaran y lo logró. En los 2000, la Iglesia Católica, junto a políticos de derecha, impidieron y postergaron que la Píldora Anticonceptiva de Emergencia, PAE, se distribuyera gratuitamente a la población que lo requiriese, lo que por fin se pudo lograr recién el año 2007.</span></span><br /><br /><span style="font-weight: bold;font-family:arial;" ><span style="color: rgb(204, 102, 204);">Actualmente el panorama tampoco es muy alentador. La Iglesia y diputados UDI, presentaron un recurso de inconstitucionalidad, adjudicándose una supuesta defensa a la vida y a la familia, que ya no sólo prohíbe la Píldora Anticonceptiva de Emergencia (PAE), sino también los ¡Dispositivos Intrauterinos! (la T de cobre que es utilizada por 1.435.948 mujeres en todo el país, la mayoría de ellas provenientes de sectores populares) y todo lo que contenga levonorgestrel (que son la mayoría de las píldoras anticonceptivas orales). Así, el Tribunal Constitucional (TC) está pronto a decidir sobre nuestra sexualidad y nuestro derecho a decidir cuándo y como tener hijos (o a no tenerlos), sin respetar nuestros Derechos Sexuales y Reproductivos.</span></span><br /><br /><span style="font-weight: bold;font-family:arial;" ><span style="color: rgb(204, 102, 204);">De esta manera el TC, por estos días se encuentra ad portas de entregar un veredicto favorable a estos grupos minoritarios que intentan imponer su moral católica al resto de la sociedad, sin importar si son o no creyentes o católicos/as. Así se está poniendo en jaque nuestro derecho a decidir sobre nuestra sexualidad y opción de procreación, además de atentar contra nuestro derecho a optar por las distintas alternativas anticonceptivas que los avances científicos han desarrollado.</span></span><br /><br /><span style="font-weight: bold;font-family:arial;" ><span style="color: rgb(204, 102, 204);">En definitivas cuentas, la Iglesia, por medio del alegato en el TC quiere controlar nuestra reproducción; que no hablemos sobre sexualidad, que no usemos ningún método anticonceptivo y que jamás se hable ni se piense en abortar.</span></span><br /><br /><span style="font-weight: bold;font-family:arial;" ><span style="color: rgb(204, 102, 204);">La presente convocatoria es un llamado a las distintas organizaciones, agrupaciones, redes y colectivos, a unir fuerzas para realizar una acción de Apostasía masiva, esto es, que muchas personas que fuimos bautizadas, pidamos a la Iglesia Católica de nuestro país, por medio de una carta al Episcopado, el ser excomulgados/ as y sacados/as de sus registros.</span></span><br /><br /><span style="font-weight: bold;font-family:arial;" ><span style="color: rgb(204, 102, 204);">¿Y por qué la apostasía?</span></span><br /><br /><span style="font-weight: bold;font-family:arial;" ><span style="color: rgb(204, 102, 204);">Creemos en un Estado Laico donde prime el bien común, las decisiones mayoritarias y la capacidad de ser y desarrollarse como ciudadanas y ciudadanos autónomos. Creemos que no es posible que la Iglesia Católica siga imponiendo su moral en las políticas de educación y salud. Si quieren dar su opinión, está bien, pero NO INTERVENGAN EN LAS POLÍTICAS PÚBLICAS. NO INTERVENGAN EN NUESTRA LIBRE DECISIÓN SOBRE NUESTRA SEXUALIDAD Y REPRODUCCIÓN. .</span></span><br /><br /><span style="font-weight: bold;font-family:arial;" ><span style="color: rgb(204, 102, 204);">Esta acción es una protesta contra la intromisión de la Iglesia Católica en nuestros Derechos Sexuales y Reproductivos. Queremos hacer visible lo que está sucediendo en el TC y que todo Chile sepa de nuestra molestia frente a una decisión que se está tomando a puertas cerradas por sectores minoritarios pero con mucho poder e influencias, que no nos representan y que nos están imponiendo su moral.</span></span><br /><br /><span style="font-weight: bold;font-family:arial;" ><span style="color: rgb(204, 102, 204);">¿Cómo lo haremos?</span></span><br /><br /><span style="font-weight: bold;font-family:arial;" ><span style="color: rgb(204, 102, 204);">Todas las organizaciones que quieran participar tienen que escribir al correo: pidamoslaexcomunion @gmail.com para que nos pongamos de acuerdo y les enviemos algunos materiales. La idea es que reunamos la mayor cantidad de personas que hayan sido bautizadas pero que ahora no estén interesadas en pertenecer a la Iglesia Católica. Buscamos reunir al menos mil personas a lo largo de todo Chile.</span></span><br /><br /><span style="font-weight: bold;font-family:arial;" ><span style="color: rgb(204, 102, 204);">Hemos escrito una carta tipo para que, quienes quieran hacer la apostasía, completen los espacios en blanco con su NOMBRE, RUT, LUGAR EN QUE FUERON BATIZADOS/AS y FIRMA. Se deben entregar estos datos más correo electrónico, dirección y teléfono a la persona que recepcione la carta en cada organización para que sean enviados ANTES DEL DÍA DE LA ENTREGA FINAL DE CARTAS a pidamoslaexcomunion @gmail.com . La idea es que las organizaciones que participen reúnan muchas de estas cartas, para entregarlas EL MISMO DÍA MARTES 29 DE ABRIL, en las diferentes sedes del Epicospado de todo el país.</span></span><br /><br /><span style="font-weight: bold;font-family:arial;" ><span style="color: rgb(204, 102, 204);">En Santiago, queremos ir al Episcopado con un gran grupo de personas, y que aparezcamos en la prensa para que la acción sea bien visible. Por esto, también queremos llamar a diferentes medios de comunicación para que cubran la noticia. En la antigua Grecia, Lisístrata empezó una huelga sexual contra los hombres para poner fin a la guerra; en la Revolución Francesa, las parisienses que pedían "libertad, igualdad y fraternidad" marcharon hacia Versalles para exigir el sufragio femenino.</span><br /><span style="color: rgb(204, 102, 204);font-family:arial;" >La idea de un día internacional de la mujer surgió al final del siglo XIX, fue en el mundo industrializado, un período de machismo y turbulencia, crecimiento fulgurante de la población e ideologías radicales.</span><br /><span style="color: rgb(204, 102, 204);font-family:arial;" >La conmemoración del 8 de marzo hace referencia a los hechos que sucedieron en esa fecha del año 1908, donde murieron calcinadas 146 mujeres trabajadoras de la fábrica textil Cotton de Nueva York en un incendio provocado por las bombas incendiarías que les lanzaron ante la negativa de abandonar el encierro en el que protestaban por los bajos salarios y las infames condiciones de trabajo que padecían.</span><br /><br /><span style="color: rgb(204, 102, 204);font-family:arial;" >En 1910, en Copenhague (Dinamarca) -durante la 2° Conferencia Mundial de Mujeres Socialistas, se propone celebrar anualmente un día de acción internacional por los derechos de paz y progreso social de todas las mujeres.</span><br /><span style="color: rgb(204, 102, 204);font-family:arial;" >En 1911 se celebra por primera vez en Alemania, Austria, Dinamarca y Suiza. Posteriormente en la década de los 30 se comienza a celebrar en algunos países de Europa y en América Latina. Pero es en 1952 cuando la Organización de las Naciones Unidas (ONU) instituye el 8 de marzo como el Día Internacional de la Mujer.</span><br /><span style="color: rgb(204, 102, 204);font-family:arial;" >En 1975 las Naciones Unidas decreta ese año como el Año Internacional de la Mujer, dando gran impulso a las luchas por los derechos de las mujeres. En 1977, la Organización de las Naciones Unidas aprueba la resolución 37/142 en la que se invitaba a todos los Estados a que proclamen, de acuerdo a sus tradiciones históricas y costumbres nacionales, Junto con ello, los jerarcas de la iglesia católica pretenden seguir tutelando nuestra vida sexual<o:p></o:p></b></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; line-height: normal; font-family: arial; color: rgb(204, 102, 204);"><b style="">y reproductiva, boicoteando las políticas públicas y desconociendo al Estado laico.
